Hello, friends! My name is Sparrow, and I spread my wings on New Years Eve, 2024, and began travelling the world. I know it’s a lot of people’s dream to leave home and travel for as long as possible, and I’m here to tell you that you CAN. I left home with less than $5000 in my bank account, and have been finding ways to keep going.
I became a travel agent right as covid lockdowns began, and the dream was ruined. I finished university with a degree I couldn’t readily use, and the dream was ruined. I kept getting low earning, part time jobs that left me feeling like I’d never escape, while I watched my bank account drain and drain and drain and eventually I thought… You know what? Whatever. Let’s just go. Let’s be happy and just do it.
There’s a whole lotta world out there, so let’s go greet it!
